We invoice before or after sessions as agreed. We accept bank transfer and card payment. Full payment terms are included with your quote.
Cancellation policy: We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate. We will always try to offer an alternative appointment where possible.
UK-wide support can be offered with service mode confirmed by location, school involvement, and travel requirements.
